We’re a husband and wife duo who pride ourselves on our dedication to work and providing outstanding customer service. Our professional journeys began in San Francisco during the dot-com boom heyday. In 2004, we launched Felt Media in Old City Philadelphia where we collaborated with many agencies, managing projects for renowned brands. Now our focus is helping small businesses by developing custom design and marketing strategies to enhance their brand, so they can be seen and felt.
Jeff Hatcher
Jeff is a seasoned digital designer with a knack for merging business and art. His extensive background in UI/UX and entrepreneurship has provided him with valuable insights across different sectors. A strategic thinker, he specializes in website and app development, coding, animation, and video production. With 25 years of experience in marketing, Jeff enjoys watching clients thrive and feels fortunate to have collaborated with many exceptional brands and individuals along the way. Beyond work, Jeff stays active outdoors, coaches soccer, tackles home improvement projects, and enjoys family movie nights.
Liv Hatcher
Liv brings more than 20 years of marketing and design experience to the table. With a BA in Graphic Design from Rutgers, she began her career in media advertising in New York City before securing a position at the Williams-Sonoma Headquarters in San Francisco. There she thrived as a graphic designer, focusing on in-store graphics and signage for Pottery Barn. Liv’s expertise encompasses creative direction, design, photography, and copywriting. Outside work, she enjoys the the outdoors, theater, cheering on her daughter in sports, gardening, photography, and fun with family.
